Munroe thriving again with Phantoms

Former Charger Scott Munroe (2002-06) is stepping it up again for the Adirondack Phantoms of the AHL. The Saratogian has a feature on Munroe, who played his first four pro seasons post-UAH when the Phantoms were in Philadelphia.
